I have been commissioned to consider the structural integrity of a number of timber framed structures.

The reasons for the appraisals vary, from surveys for potential purchases, to assesment of buildings which are on the 'Building at risk' register.

This house was first visited during in the late 2005. The west front jetty beam was found to be defective.
