New House and Replacement Slipway

New Three storey house by the side of slipway.

Due to planning conditions the Slipway Gate had to be replaced prior to construction of house.

Slipway shortened with new retaining walls.

As the ground and first floor mainly open plan this is a steel framed structure, with precast concrete floors.

Work commenced early 2023
Completion by early 2024
