The mill building has been converted into three houses and three apartments, by the introduction of steel and concrete together with a SIP,s panel roof.

The Mill House which is Grade II listed, has been refurbished using traditional techniques.

Due to a breech in the dam, it was necessary to repair this, prior to the pond being re-filled.

The client: Jedris Ltd.

Architect: ACS Designs, Horsham, West Sussex
