This three storey block of flats has been constructed above car parking, with access from a new access ramp to the rear.

ImageThe first level of construction above the car park (ground floor) is a transfer structure formed in steelwork and a pre cast concrete floor. The structure over is load bearing masonry with steel beams and composite ‘I’ section timber floor members. The upper floors sits within a mansard construction.
