The Vine
The Vine Tavern was converted in to the Vine Restaurant in 2006. John Wardle was involved with the kitchen extension which required lowering of the slab and underpinning the existing walls. New mechanical plant was added.

ImageImageImageThe project was to extend the restaurant over an area previously a terrace to increase the number of covers. This is a modern extension to a conventional building with mainly a glass opening frontage, shielded by a bris-soleil.

Construction commenced August 2012 with a fast track programme for an opening date of 1st December 2012.
